One of the easiest ways to improve your mood is to record the moments you are happiest, share them with friends, and review them often.
With HappyLog, its easy!
Whenever you have a Happy Experience, open the app, press the big button, and jot down your thoughts.
The app will record when and where you are, and it will save the thought in Your Log.
You can either "Keep It Private" or anonymously upload your thought to the Global Log, where you will find a constant stream of Happy Thoughts from around the world.
